This is the flagship post to the YippieIO portal. YippieIO, the on site installation unit of Contagious Media, is the quality control division in charge of design installation and calibration of Home and Business media solutions. We make the transition from analog media distribution systems to High Definition Home Theater Systems easy. Had problems getting our blu ray player to work. After thoroughly troubleshooting the situation Scot had it up and running. Since he was so efficient in fixing that problem, he happened to notice that our TV offered internet service but it had not been set up. He quickly did that and we had an added benefit to the TV that we were not even aware of. He didn't stop there, I had mentioned I could not get my laptop to print to our wireless printer and within minutes that was working. His expertise is evident as he takes the complicated intricacies of technology and makes it look easy. Thanks for all your help Scot.

Scott arrived after waiting a week for me to recover from the flu. He was friendly and nice to my pesty dogs. After getting right to the computer it was obvious that he was getting to know me and then figuring out my immediate needs. As a fellow artist he intuitively understood where I needed to go with my wireless (now repaired) future. He spent way more time than ever required to get me acclimated to a new lap top program. A belated thank you for helping an elderly (almost) lady with not a lot of tech sense. Scott was patient, hugely competent in fixing and explaining the problems with the beast (computer). He spoke the tech language with the AT&T phone tech and that was wonderful. The computer responds enormously better and faster..emails right there. Can’t say enough about Scott…a very intelligent gentleman. Highly recommend him. He has been able to promptly come to my home and is more than helpful in finding solutions for my problems and questions....with great patience and courtesy.

He made sure I was satisfied during and at the end of the process. My satisfaction was very important to him and that was very pleasing to me. He was a nice person. He was a people person.     Yippieio provided me with complete service to fix my computer woes. After the initial service Scot set me up with tri-yearly maintenance remote/tutor sessions. Scot was very knowledgeable about my Windows 7 PC and spent the time needed to fix multiple problems on my computer. Many of the problems were things I didn’t realize were causing slowdowns in performance. I highly recommend his service.

    Yippieio did us the greatest service. My Ipad 2 screen was smashed when my son dropped it on the coffee table edge. Yippieio was able to replace the screen and the Ipad works as good as new. I thoght I was going to have to buy a whole new Ipad but the repair was more economical to do and the service was quite affordable. Thank you Scott.

  30. What a life saver Yippieio Media has been, in more ways than one. I took advantage of the “fix it and it’s free” event Scott offered in February 2012. The limited promotion was offered to anyone who made a donation to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation fundraiser to fight childhood cancer. In the 1 hour remote session he was able to scan for viruses, speed up my computer, set up a backup plan and configure my email program so all my mail came to one place. I now have an IT tech I can call at anytime, get an answer I can understand and not have to wait on hold for 4 hours while the operator talks to their “supervisor”. Scott is the supervisor and much more. I trust him with my computer needs completely ad I highly recommend his service.
